Go-Live, Consultancy
$4,500
or 6 payments of $750
Everything an expertise business needs to be hired: credibility with your buyer, the intake and proposal flow, the pipeline and the invoicing.
The highest volume of interest of any model, and the most crowded. The clinical credential is your differentiator; the risk is being filed alongside every certificate-selling coach your prospect has already met.
Go-Live, $4,500. Every price is on this page. Two builds a month, waitlist beyond.
Nurse and health coaching, by the numbers
Typical startup cost
Under $1,000
What coaches charge
$150 to $400 a month per client, or $600 to $2,400 a package
Realistic time to first client
One to two months
Typical market ranges, not a promise of earnings. Your state, your market and your pricing decide the real numbers.
Before you can open
Nothing here requires a medical director. What it requires is being unmistakably clear about what you do not do.
Business entity
You do thisAn LLC. No professional entity needed while you are coaching rather than treating.
Professional liability cover
You do thisCoaching cover. Your employer's clinical policy does not extend to it.
A written scope boundary
We do thisIn the contract and on the site: coaching, not diagnosis, treatment or prescription. This protects you and reassures buyers.
A defined offer, not open-ended sessions
We do thisPackages with a start, an end and a price. Hourly coaching is the hardest thing to sell and the fastest to burn you out.
Booking, payments and recurring billing
We do thisMonthly and package billing that runs without you invoicing anyone.
A credibility site that does not look like a funnel
We do thisNo countdown timers, no struck-through prices. In this category, restraint is the differentiator.
Can you own a nurse coaching practice in your state?
You can own this outright anywhere, provided you coach rather than diagnose or treat. The line between the two is the whole compliance question in this model, and we write it into your contracts and your site copy.
Pricing, published
Your track is decided by what the business actually does, not by your budget. Published scope caps and a written not-included list, every time.

$175 credits toward Go-Live within 30 days
Before you commit to a build: one session that walks your whole intended operation and tells you plainly whether a nurse coaching practice is the right thing to open.
Fifty percent to book, fifty before launch, or six monthly payments at the same total. Interest free, never a discount. Every Go-Live includes ninety days of Rounds, then $179 a month if you keep it. All services and add-ons.
Interest is saturated; credible practitioners are not. Of the board certified health coaches in the country only a small fraction are nurses. The clinical credential is the differentiator, and most of your competition is selling certificates rather than coaching.
No state requires one to coach. Some clients value one. None of them value it more than a registered nurse licence, so do not let a certificate become the reason you have not started.
Broadly: education, accountability and behaviour change are coaching; diagnosing, treating, prescribing or interpreting results for a specific condition are practice. We write your boundary into the contract and the copy, and it is worth an attorney review if your niche sits close to the line.
Published prices, no fake discounts, no urgency theatre, and a site that looks like a practice. That is a design decision, and it is how this build is written by default.
Fifteen minutes with a fellow nurse who has built nurse-led businesses, not a coach. The prices are already on this page, so the call is not a pitch.
